Tanzania Crew

Founder & Owner of Three Notes Skincare

Tanzania Crew is a Columbus, Mississippi native who has always been passionate about chemistry and mixing up home remedies to care for her family, her husband and three children. When she originally began her college education, she enrolled as a pre-med student and has the advantage of taking many biology and chemistry classes under her belt. Even though she graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Computers, she's had over 20 years of experience solving major problems in the world of technology. So, as you can see, Tanzania is no novice when it comes to mixing concoctions and rigorously seeking solutions for problems.

Tanzania started Three Notes Skincare on her quest to find a solution for her severe adult acne.  After trying everything on the market, she began mixing concoctions that eventually lead to a solution that cleared her skin and would later be bottled and sold around the world.

The PR skills she gained from her Masters in Mass Communications and Media Management degree has landed the brand features in Essence Magazine, xoNecole, and Birdie. The brand has been shipped in Fab Fit Fun boxes around the globe and has received endorsement from large brands like Spanx, Caress, and others.
Baronese Stokes

Founder & Owner of Shugg's Southern Foods

Baronese is the visionary behind Shugg's Southern Foods. The name "Shugg" is a family name given to her grandmother, Mrs. Sallie Mae Burke by her mother Mrs. Lula Stoval. "Shugg" is short for sugar. It is a term of endearment shared among the women in her family for generations. With family roots planted in Greenwood, Mississippi, her inspiration is her grandmother who served as a school cafeteria manager for nearly 40 years. With a heart full of hospitality she served her community and family by sharing her love through food.

Baronese shares this same passion for Fine Southern Food and hospitality. It is her goal to take these treasured Southern recipes and make them available for families everywhere to enjoy!

Today Shugg's Foods are sold online at

Baronese is also passionate about economic empowerment and small business development. She is an astute businesswoman who attended Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA. where she received a Bachelor's degree in Finance. She is also a graduate of the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie School of Business where she received a Master's of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Her professional career includes a portfolio of real estate, small business, and community economic development projects. With an aptitude for raising capital, she is a natural entrepreneur and is dedicated to strengthening small and women owned businesses. She enjoys serving her family and the local church and makes her home in the Memphis area along with her husband and three children.
Ronnie Harris

Founder & Owner of RS Harris, LLC

Ronnie Harris boast a stellar professional career of more than 28 years of industry experience in all channels of retail management, sales, merchandising, planning and marketing. His retail experience began at Dillard’s Department Store where he worked as an Assistant Store Manager.

Ronnie broaden his career with his work in sports retail as the Stadium Retail Operations Manager, overseeing 26 locations for the Washington Redskins.

Moreover, for the past thirteen years, Ronnie has served as the Director of Retail for Hudson Group, World Duty Free Group
and HMShost at DFW which demonstrates his ability to be an owner and operator.

As with many small businesses, a major obstacle that RSHarris has faced has been the ability to get prime companies to take a chance on a newly certified company. The company has overcome this obstacle through relationship building by joining AMAC and attending annual conferences
with both AMAC and ARN. As a result, with a focus on networking and continuing to market the RSHarris brand, the company is now a partner in nine locations in two airports.
