Sensitive Skin

You have sensitive skin. 

Sensitive skin is characterized by itching, redness, burning, and even dryness. The causes of the sensitivities vary. Triggers may be internal irritants for some people and external irritants for others. Some of those irritants include foods, allergies, dyes, and fragrances.

Recommended Care:

Follow a daily regimen that includes products that avoid triggers for your sensitivity. At the minimal use a mild and gentle cleanser, toner, and moisturizer that’s labeled for “sensitive skin.” Avoid products with fragrance and alcohol. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and incorporate skin healthy teas that promote the results you are seeking, ex. balances complexion, fights aging, heals acne, or promotes glowing skin.  Exfoliate no more than once a week or once every two weeks.
