1.  Apply serum after toner or astringent and before applying moisturizer.     

2.  Put one teaspoon of tea ina tea strainer.Place the tea strainer intoa cup.

3.  Pour 8 ounces of hot water(212 F /100 C) over the tea.

4.  Steep for 5-10 mins andremove strainer from cup.5.  Add natural sweetener ofchoice, if desired.
